SHG Equipment Parts LLC Return Policy

At SHG Equipment Parts LLC (SE Parts), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by accepting returns under specific conditions. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the criteria for returns and warranty claims.

Returns:

SE Parts will accept returns for parts and components, provided they meet the criteria outlined in our “Parts Condition Definitions” and “Terms and Conditions.” Authorized returns will be refunded in full, minus freight costs, if the part fails to meet the predefined quality standards or fails within the stated warranty period.

Conditions for Returns:

1. If SE Parts delivers an incorrect part, we will either replace the part or issue a full refund, including freight costs.

2. If the purchaser orders the wrong part, they are responsible for all freight costs and a 20% restocking fee.

3. The purchaser is responsible for securely packaging the returned part and covering freight costs.

4. Parts damaged due to poor packaging or damage during transit will incur a 20% restocking fee.

5. Returns without proper authorization will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Return Process:
All returns must include a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please contact our sales team for processing.

Warranty Returns:

Warranty returns must be authorized by SE Parts before the item is returned. Warranty returns are subject to the following time frames based on the condition of the part:

• Used – Good: 30 days (parts only)

• Reconditioned: 90 days (parts only)

• Rebuild: 6 months (parts only)

• New Aftermarket: 12 months (parts only)

• Core or “As-Is” sales: No warranty

Non-Warranty Returns:

Non-warranty returns must be authorized by SE Parts and requested within 30 days from the invoice date.
